Gavin was the first Junior Exhibitor to present our cats and did so with professionalism and style. He has an in depth knowledge of the breed and is an excellent public speaker.

Gavin worked with two cats during his career. He began by showing “Grand Champion Ritz-O-Cats Firefly,” who was a gift to him from our good friend and mentor Anne Ritzinger of Ritz-O-Cats. The two were very bonded and in time they proved to be an amazing team. After much success in showing, Firefly retired from showing and Gavin began looking for his next show prospect.

Gavin’s second show cat was a kitten from his own breeding, and  was named “Regional Winner, Supreme Grand Champion, Rarebreed A Little Bit O Ritz.” The two were an unstoppable team and, with Gavin’s help, Ritz became the Best Brown Patched Tabby Exotic Shorthair Internationally, the 2nd Best Exotic Shorthair Internationally, the 16th Best All Breed Adult in the Southwest Region, the 6th Best Shorthair Adult in the Southwest Region, and the Best of Breed Exotic Shorthair in the Southwest Region.

The cats love to show with him and he has a calming effect that passes onto each cat he shows. Gavin is truly the kid to watch out for in the upcoming show season!
