Flame came to us from Anne Ritzinger of Ritz-O-Cats. Flame has given so much to our family, and as the first Exotic Shorthair that we adopted will always have a special place in our hearts. Although now spayed, she is still the matriarch of the house. Flame is a special girl and even though she is not able to have her own kittens she thoroughly enjoys raising kittens. She will mother any kittens who come her way and has even been known to adopt entire litters born to other moms in hopes of raising them as her own. Funny enough, the other moms don’t seem to mind when she does this and seem quite content to have her nursing and caring for their kittens. We will always be grateful for the mark that Flame has left on our lines and our hearts.
